These are "plates" of filtered, pure beeswax that we make from our cappings during the honey extraction process.  The plates are 8.25" diameter and up to 1/2" thick and are sold by the pound. They can be cracked into smaller pieces to be used in soap or lip balm recipes or put into the double-boiler or pouring pitcher for making candles.
