Comb honey cassette made using the Hogg half-comb system.  Delicate comb honey produced by the bees building the comb and filling it with natural honey right inside the cassette.  Never touched by human hands....we just snap a lid on the cassette.  The cassette serves as a serving tray with a hinged lid.  Typically 12-13 oz of net weight of comb honey per cassette.
